- Tender & Bid Management
- Manage the full bid lifecycle from tender invitation to submission, including clarifications and post-submission follow-ups.
- Review tender documents, specifications, and contractual requirements to identify scope, risks, and compliance items.
- Prepare and manage tender schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Proposal & Documentation Preparation
- Coordinate and compile technical, commercial, and administrative documents for tenders
- Draft and structure proposal narratives, method statements, manpower deployment plans, and compliance matrices.
- Ensure all submissions meet client formats, authority requirements, and internal approval protocols.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with Operations, EHS, Procurement, Finance, and Sales to gather inputs such as:
- Manpower and deployment plans
- Costing and pricing breakdowns
- Safety, quality, and operational methodologies, etc
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate inputs.

- Support handover to Operations upon award, ensuring scope, pricing, and obligations are clearly communicated.
- Participate in post-tender reviews to improve future bid quality and success rates.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or sales support.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tenders concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with tender portals and internal management systems is an advantage.
